Youth Athletic Advantage (YAA Toronto) provides fun, structured kids fitness, movement, and athletic development programs in Toronto for children ages 2 and up. Our classes combine movement, strength, agility, coordination, balance, and creative play to help children become stronger, more confident, and more physically capable.
Located at 477 Danforth Avenue in Toronto, YAA gives children a supportive environment where they can build foundational movement skills, develop healthy activity habits, and discover the joy of being active.
Every YAA class is designed around age-appropriate physical development and positive coaching. Rather than focusing only on competition or performance, we help children develop the physical literacy, coordination, confidence, and movement skills they can use in sports, school, and everyday life.

Our 30-minute Toddler Movement class introduces children ages 2-3 to structured physical activity through playful, age-appropriate movement.
Children explore balance, coordination, body awareness, gross motor skills, jumping, climbing, running, crawling, and other foundational movements through games and simple challenges.
The goal isn't athletic performance, it's helping toddlers become comfortable moving their bodies, building early physical literacy, following simple instructions, and developing confidence in an active environment.
This short, engaging class is designed specifically for the attention span and developmental needs of toddlers and provides a positive introduction to movement classes for toddlers in Toronto.
Our Little Movers program introduces young children to fitness through playful, age-appropriate movement activities. Children develop balance, coordination, body awareness, confidence, and fundamental movement skills while learning that being active can be fun.
Active Explorers helps children build strength, agility, coordination, teamwork, and physical confidence through games, challenges, obstacle courses, and structured fitness activities. It is an engaging introduction to kids fitness and athletic development.
Future Athletes is designed for older children and youth who are ready for more progressive athletic training. Sessions combine strength, conditioning, agility, coordination, endurance, and foundational performance skills while emphasizing proper technique, confidence, and personal progress.
At YAA, we believe kids should move, play, learn, and grow in an environment that makes fitness enjoyable.
Our approach is:
Safe- Activities are age-appropriate and coached with children's development in mind.
Progressive- Skills and exercises build over time as children become stronger, more coordinated, and more confident.
Engaging- Games, challenges, and creative drills keep children motivated and excited to participate.
Supportive- We focus on individual progress, teamwork, confidence, and positive movement experiences.
