Who Is It For?
YAA! Fitness offers three age-based class groups, each designed to meet children where they are physically, socially and creatively
Gentle, playful activities that build balance, coordination, and confidence.
A more structured introduction to fitness through fun games, obstacle courses, and partner activities.
Kids build physical literacy, teamwork, and resilience.
Progressive fitness classes that combine strength, conditioning, and agility training. Students focus on personal growth, proper technique, and goal setting.
